An evening apéritif at InterContinental Bordeaux — Le Grand Hôtel, opening the programme.
A first introduction to the region's culinary and wine culture, in the company of the group and programme hosts.
DAY 2 • MONDAY, October 12
Access to estates rarely experienced at this level.
Departure for Château Palmer, cultivated with biodynamic methods. Private access to the vineyard and cellar, followed by a gastronomic lunch with wine pairing prepared by two-Michelin-starred chef Jean-Denis Le Bras.
One of Bordeaux's most accomplished biodynamic estates for a guided tasting through the current releases and a library vintage.
Evening return to Bordeaux and the historic Chartrons district, once the center of the Bordeaux wine trade, with the evening left open for independent dining and exploration.
DAY 3 • TUESDAY. October 13
A study in landscape, history, and
expression of place.
Morning visits and tastings at two of Saint-Émilion’s most respected estates, beginning at Château Angélus with access to the château’s new winery and an opportunity to taste with members of the family, followed by Château Beauséjour Bécot (Premier Grand Cru Classé).
Lunch with wine pairing at Les Belles Perdrix (↔) led by chef David Charrier.
Afternoon visits and tastings at Château Pavie Macquin (Premier Grand Cru Classé) and Château Pavie Premier Grand Cru Classé A), including a tasting of the 2010 vintage.
An intimate evening hosted by Stéphane, featuring rare vintages drawn from his personal cellar and conversation shaped
by one of Bordeaux’s most respected winemakers.

DAY 4 • WEDNESDAY, October 14
Where legacy, rarity and provenance converge.
Morning tastings and private access at Château Duhart-Milon, featuring wines from both Château Lafite Rothschild and Château Duhart-Milon, followed by Château Lynch-Bages, one of the Left Bank’s most enduring estates.
A relaxed lunch at this traditional Médoc restaurant known for its regional cuisine and understated charm, set between the vineyards of the Left Bank.
An extended tour, tasting and private access to the estate's celebrated museum and cellars. Featuring rare vintages drawn directly from cellar holdings. Château Mouton Rothschild is a prestigious First Growth (Premier Cru Classé) Pauillac estate in Bordeaux.
A private dinner hosted by Christophe Reboul-Salze at his estate, Château Gigault, with a menu by chef Thibaut Servas and wines from Château Larcis Ducasse drawn directly from
the estate cellar.

DAY 5 • THURSDAY, October 15
A measured close to an
immersive experience.
Visits and tastings at two of the Pessac-Léognan's most singular expressions, followed by lunch among the vines.
An unhurried afternoon in Bordeaux —the quays, the Miroir d'eau, or a last visit to Place du Parlement.
DAY SIX · FRIDAY, October 16
A final morning in Bordeaux
before onward travel.
Participants are invited to visit Cité du Vin museum, exploring
the history and culture of Bordeaux wines.
The program concludes following the morning visit, with the remainder of the day left open for individual onward travel or time at leisure in Bordeaux.
